Create an AERIES Parent Portal account:
Please click here to access the AERIES Parent Portal. You will need a valid email address to create an account. You will also need your student's (6-digit) ID #, primary phone number on file with the school, and school verification code. Click here for instructions!
Please email aeries@stanunion.k12.ca.us for your child's school verification code. You will need to verify your student's name, student ID #, and primary phone number to get the school verification code.
Data Confirmation for the 2023-2024 school year:
Starting July 5th, you can log in to your AERIES Parent Portal account to complete Data Confirmation and secure your child's teacher/schedule for the 2023-2024 school year! For existing students, this process must be completed before the start of the new school year, August 7th.
Log in to your existing AERIES Parent Portal account, click on the yellow rectangle/banner near the top of your homepage, and follow the prompts to complete Data Confirmation.
Tech Support will be available at the District Office for New Enrollment and Data Confirmation on Wednesdays in July from 12-4pm. You can also email aeries@stanunion.k12.ca.us for help.

Creando una cuenta en el portal de padres AERIES:
Haga clic aquí para acceder al portal de padres AERIES. Necesitará un correo electrónico válido para crear una cuenta. Confirmación de datos para el año escolar 2023-2024:
¡A partir del 5 de julio, ingrese a su portal de padres AERIES para completar la Confirmación de datos y asegurar el horario de clases/maestro de su estudiante para el año escolar 2023-2024! Para estudiantes existentes, este proceso se debe completar antes del comienzo del nuevo año escolar, 7 de agosto.
Ingrese a su cuenta existente del portal de padres AERIES, haga clic en el rectángulo amarillo en la parte superior de su página de inicio y siga las indicaciones para completar la Confirmación de datos.
El soporte técnico e intérpretes estarán disponibles en la oficina del distrito para nuevas inscripciones o confirmación de datos los miércoles en julio de 12-4pm. También puede enviar un correo electrónico a aeries@stanunion.k12.ca.us para recibir ayuda.
