YOU DO NOT NEED A PHYSICAL!

Make sure you click on family ID and then click on the sport your child is trying out for. Please do not sign up for more than one sport. All tryouts and practices, unless otherwise stated will be from 3-5 at Prescott. Please be on time to pick up your student. Looking forward to a great year of sports!
